Job Summary
This role as an IT Support Specialist involves providing essential remote service and support primarily to medical practices, including psychotherapists and doctors. The daily responsibilities include conducting crucial remote IT security audits, efficiently managing customer inquiries via telephone and email, and performing necessary administrative duties to ensure smooth operations. Candidates must possess completed IT vocational training or equivalent professional experience, coupled with routine proficiency in using MS Office and current MS Windows operating systems. Experience in a service or support role involving direct customer contact is essential, alongside a structured and self-reliant work ethic.
