Job Summary

This role is with a world-leading, family-owned producer of pre-chamber spark plugs, focusing on quality and technological innovation. The Master Technician or Specialist will join the Production Equipment team, primarily focusing on the continuous support and optimization of production facilities. Day-to-day tasks involve creating plant-specific programs and work descriptions, analyzing and resolving both electrical and mechanical malfunctions, and documenting these disturbances in a database. A key responsibility is initiating process improvements and coordinating external specialized firms for maintenance and support. The role also includes supporting the procurement, commissioning, and integration of new production assets into series manufacturing, ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met. Candidates must possess a technical qualification (Technician or Master Craftsman) and demonstrate strong proficiency in German, coupled with a self-reliant, structured, and results-oriented work style.
