Job Summary

This role is for a Junior System Administrator joining an international manufacturing leader based at their headquarters in Wuppertal. The core responsibilities involve providing essential 1st and 2nd level IT support for users both locally and at international locations. Daily tasks include the administration of Windows Servers, VMware environments, and various network components. A significant focus will be on modern user and device management utilizing Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Entra ID, and Intune. The administrator will also contribute to system rollouts, backups, updates, and automation/scripting initiatives. Successful candidates must possess completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or an equivalent qualification, coupled with initial professional experience in system administration. This position offers a varied and challenging role within a broad IT spectrum, spanning on-premise infrastructure to cloud solutions, supported by short decision paths and competitive compensation.
