Job Summary
This position calls for an IT Support Specialist to join the Service Desk team, focusing on maintaining smooth IT operations for a large, family-run craft enterprise. Daily responsibilities include the analysis, classification, and processing of incoming IT support requests using a ticketing system. The specialist takes end-to-end ownership of issues, performing error analysis and resolution, and thoroughly documenting all steps. A key task is providing technical assistance and resolving disturbances related to industry-specific software. Successful candidates must have completed formal training in the IT sector or possess equivalent professional experience. Essential technical skills include proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems, complemented by strong communication and teamwork abilities. Initial experience with Active Directory is a distinct advantage. The role offers a professional onboarding process and the flexibility of mobile working.
