Job Summary
This role is a temporary position, covering parental leave, for an IT Support / Helpdesk Specialist based in Günzach, Germany. The specialist will be responsible for delivering essential First and Second Level IT support, managing incidents and requests via telephone and a ticketing system. Day-to-day tasks involve the intake, prioritization, processing, and documentation of issues, alongside optimizing existing support processes. A core function includes application support for critical business software, specifically within ERP, Production, and Logistics environments. The specialist will also handle the setup and maintenance of end-user IT equipment, including the installation and configuration of PCs, notebooks, and smartphones using software distribution and Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems. Candidates must have completed vocational IT training (e.g., IT Specialist) or equivalent experience, possess a strong foundational understanding of IT infrastructure (Active Directory, MS Windows OS), and demonstrate excellent service orientation and teamwork skills.

Experience
- Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist certification) or comparable qualification with professional experience
- Experience in IT support or similar service-oriented departments
- High foundational IT understanding (Active Directory, MS Windows OS, Software Distribution)
- Experience handling ERP systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
