Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Project Engineer specializing in SCADA components within High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) control technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of SCADA components, including the creation and maintenance of Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), technical specifications, and operational manuals. A core function involves managing the central control system signal database, coordinating signal lists with internal interfaces, external customers, and suppliers. The engineer will also perform crucial system integration and commissioning activities in test setups in Erlangen and Forchheim, ensuring flawless communication and signal integrity. Key qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields, deep expertise in the WinCC OA SCADA environment, and professional experience in project execution and energy transmission control systems, including knowledge of relevant communication protocols (IEC104, IEC61850).
