Job Summary
As a Senior Controller & Commercial Manager, you will serve as a vital finance and commercial partner for the Service Division across various global geographies. Your core mission is to ensure financial integrity and drive performance transparency by analyzing complex financial data, interpreting results, and recommending optimal strategic and operational solutions to senior leaders. A significant part of this leadership role involves acting as the line manager for Country Finance Managers, guiding them to maintain consistent global standards in reporting, risk, and contract reviews. You will also hold commercial ownership during the tender phase, managing financial, commercial, and tax reviews, and ensuring compliance with US-GAAP and international regulations. You are expected to strengthen forward-looking analytics by defining new data visualization requirements and leveraging AI/tools to automate processes. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Economics or globally recognized professional qualification in these fields
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of leadership experience, ideally internationally and remotely
- Minimum 7 years of work experience in commercial management, especially commercial project controlling (various medium sized projects managed in parallel)
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in Business Controlling or similar functions
- Sound knowledge in contractual and legal matters related to customer contracts
- Professional experience collaborating and succeeding in an international work environment
