Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced R&D Hardware Developer specializing in Electronic Design to join an international technology group in Berlin. The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of complex embedded systems, including component selection, dimensioning, and the creation of schematics that adhere to both internal design rules and external EMC/norm standards. Day-to-day tasks involve rigorous testing, documentation of commissioning, functional, and integration tests, and close collaboration with software development, layout design, and manufacturing teams. A key aspect of the role is applying the Product Realization Process (LEAN, PLM) and contributing to technology screening and prototyping efforts. Candidates must hold a university degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, possess several years of professional experience in circuit and PCB design, and demonstrate expert knowledge of EMC-compliant design and specialized CAD software like Mentor DxDesigner. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory for effective communication within international development teams.
