Job Summary

This position requires an expert to plan and manage complex Telecommunications (TK) and Unified Communication and Collaboration (UCC) projects, primarily serving public institutions, research, industry, and administration. The Consultant will handle the full project lifecycle, including detailed system analysis, concept development, market comparisons, and drafting comprehensive service specifications (Leistungsverzeichnisse) according to phases 1–9 of the HOAI standard. Key responsibilities include extensive coordination with clients, specialist planners, and regulatory authorities, reviewing bids, and ensuring project quality through structured processes. Candidates must hold a relevant technical degree or certified technician qualification (e.g., IT or communications engineering), possess deep market knowledge in the TK/UCC sector, and be proficient in MS Office and AVA software.
