This role seeks an experienced professional to serve as the Team Lead for Battery Development within the automotive sector. The primary responsibilities involve the technical and disciplinary leadership and continuous development of the battery team, based in Wolfsburg. Day-to-day tasks include actively contributing to development projects, sometimes acting as a Technical Project Manager or specialist, and driving the refinement of series development processes and methodologies. You will also be responsible for monitoring market and technology trends and collaborating with global expert teams in battery development. A critical component of the role is staff management, including the recruitment and training of new employees. Success requires comprehensive experience in automotive series development, particularly in battery systems, coupled with over five years of professional experience at major OEMs and proven leadership and project management capabilities.
