Qualifications require a degree in fields like Economics, Business Informatics, or Mathematics, coupled ideally with initial experience in project management, especially within the life insurance sector or software development projects. This position demands strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and the flexibility to travel for on-site customer support, primarily within the D-A-CH region.
