Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Electronics Development Technician to play a central part in bringing innovative hardware solutions to life, from initial concept to production-ready prototype. Day-to-day responsibilities involve actively supporting the design team in building and refining new hardware, conducting incoming goods inspections for PCBs, analyzing measurement data, and performing detailed rework (soldering SMD/THT) on assemblies. You will also be responsible for building and modifying cable harnesses, supporting mechanical processing tasks like milling and turning, and creating necessary technical documentation. The ideal candidate must possess completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician or equivalent, coupled with fundamental knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems, and proficiency in reading technical schematics. Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and power electronics is a significant advantage.
