Job Summary
This full-time, permanent position seeks a dedicated PLC Programmer and Commissioning Engineer to join a highly motivated team specializing in automation technology. The core responsibilities include the independent implementation of complex automation projects, specifically programming sophisticated PLC-controlled systems, such as Siemens S7 and comparable platforms. The role also involves designing visualization systems, parameterizing various drive systems, and crucially, commissioning the complete automation solutions directly at customer sites. Candidates should possess a background in electrical or automation technology, ideally with professional experience in digital drive and control systems. The position offers excellent development opportunities, flat hierarchies, and requires strong communication skills, resilience, good English skills, and the willingness to undertake temporary international assignments.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Energy Systems Electrician, Electronics Technician for Automation Technology, or Technician, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in automation project implementation and system commissioning (ideally)
- Experience with complex PLC-controlled systems (S7 and comparable)
- Experience in project planning of visualization systems
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to undertake temporary assignments abroad.
