Job Summary

This is a critical leadership position within the IT department of the Berlin High Court, responsible for managing the IT infrastructure supporting 14 courts and approximately 4,500 employees across over 20 locations. The Team Lead will oversee a team of four specialists, focusing on the planning, organization, and strategic management of both physical and virtual server structures, as well as complex database environments for the judiciary. Daily tasks include coordinating team activities, steering the technical introduction of specialized court applications, managing vendor contracts, and providing expert 2nd level support during high-priority escalations. Candidates must possess a university degree (minimum Bachelor's) in Computer Science or a related field and at least three years of relevant professional experience in server and database administration.
