Job Summary
Join an international team dedicated to sustainable energy, focusing on the electrical planning and design of large-scale renewable energy projects, including solar parks, wind parks, and battery storage systems. The core responsibility involves managing the electrical design for medium and high voltage grid connections, cable routes, and system layouts. Day-to-day tasks include developing schematic diagrams, dimensioning electrical systems, creating circuit and installation plans, and defining protection concepts. You will also conduct plausibility checks, determine material quantities, and ensure technical implementation aligns with plans by overseeing commissioning and site execution. This role requires a background in electrical engineering, strong expertise in MV/LV switchgear planning, and proficiency with AutoCAD and AVA programs. This position offers a permanent contract, flexible working hours, and the option for remote work from Germany or international locations (Lyon, Dubai), allowing you to contribute significantly to the energy transition starting in late 2025.
Required Skills
Education
University degree or vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or a related technical field.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in planning medium and low voltage switchgear, protection technology, and communication technology.
- Solid professional experience in electrical engineering.
- Professional experience in the renewable energy environment (ideal).
