Job Summary

The AVG Group, a key player in Cologne's waste management sector, is seeking a full-time Process Manager in Köln-Niehl to drive efficiency and digitalization. This role involves the comprehensive analysis and optimization of existing business processes and workflows, followed by the implementation of new, visualized processes using modern modeling software. A core responsibility is providing central process consulting to all departments and identifying significant digitalization potential within current structures. The manager will be instrumental in developing digitalization strategies in collaboration with the management, departments, and IT, and supporting the execution of these projects. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business, IT, or Digitalization, possesses experience in process analysis and project management, and demonstrates strong analytical skills and knowledge of digital technologies and change management.
