Job Summary

This role requires a passionate professional dedicated to vocational training and continuing education within the skilled trades, specifically focusing on Electrical and Information Technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, optimizing, and continuously developing training programs and courses, particularly focusing on the integration of digitalization into the curriculum. Daily tasks include instructing apprentices in inter-company vocational training and teaching Master Craftsman students, conveying knowledge practically and engagingly. Key requirements include holding a Master Craftsman qualification (Meister) in Electrical or Information Technology, demonstrating strong organizational skills, initiative, empathy, and proficiency in MS Office products.
