The PLC Programmer is responsible for the entire software lifecycle, from initial concept and planning to implementation, optimization, and detailed error analysis. Key tasks include developing and refining software modules and new machine functions focused on automation, productivity enhancement, and smart networking (Industry 4.0). You will conduct verification and validation tests, manage acceptance processes, and design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces with a focus on modern design. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who combines technical expertise in object-oriented programming and PLC systems with a passion for Machine Intelligence and Pattern Detection, contributing creative ideas directly to the next generation of precision engineering solutions.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in software development lifecycle (planning, implementation, optimization)
- Initial experience in PLC programming
- Experience conducting verification, validation, and acceptance tests
- Experience developing solutions for individual customer requirements
