Job Summary

Finmas, the digital partner of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Customer Experience (CX) Team. This role is crucial for optimizing existing solutions and conceptualizing new digital financial marketplaces, primarily focusing on real estate financing and private loans across Germany. The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of CX projects, including planning, organization, execution, reporting, and documentation. A core focus will be coordinating the implementation of UX research, UI design, and concept testing. Key requirements include proven professional experience in both classical and agile project environments, exceptional organizational and communication skills for effective stakeholder management, and a strong affinity for digital products and services. The ideal candidate must be able to handle complexity, drive multiple projects concurrently, and be comfortable challenging the status quo to deliver successful digital solutions for thousands of users across the financial group ecosystem. The position offers a hybrid work model based in Berlin.
