This part-time Project Employee role, based at the Bavarian Academy for Nature Conservation and Landscape Management (ANL), focuses on expanding course offerings for volunteer consultant training and mandatory continuing education, specifically to reduce waiting times. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and leadership of training courses, particularly for volunteers advising on beavers, mussels, and wasps/hornets. Day-to-day tasks involve quality control, developing and reviewing learning objectives, supporting courses in species identification and conservation, and managing online/hybrid events. The role requires a university degree in relevant fields like Biology or Landscape Planning, excellent organizational skills, and fluency in English.
