The specialist will be crucial in defining precise process parameters and ensuring their successful implementation into series manufacturing, alongside supporting critical series ramp-ups. A core duty includes collaborating with the technical department for the selection and commissioning of new production equipment, as well as providing technical support and troubleshooting for ongoing series production issues. Successful candidates must hold a university degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Process Technology. Key qualifications include strong analytical thinking, excellent IT proficiency (MS Office), and proven experience in cross-functional teamwork.
