Day-to-day responsibilities will involve troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, managing user accounts and access rights in both on-premises and M365 cloud environments, and maintaining IT systems including servers, clients, and networks. The role also includes documenting IT processes, assisting with hardware and software configuration, and contributing to IT projects.
