Job Summary

This role involves systematically planning, coordinating, and practically implementing technical training and internships, primarily within the electrical engineering domain, at the company's central education campus. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for mentoring and supporting technical apprentices, interns, and student workers, fostering their motivation and commitment to learning. Key daily tasks include organizing and conducting examinations, potentially serving as a member of the examination committee, and providing guidance to trainees and training mentors on both professional and personal matters. The position requires a completed technical vocational education in electrical engineering, ideally supplemented by further qualification as a Technician or Industrial Master. While prior experience in training junior staff is advantageous, comprehensive onboarding and targeted further education are provided.
