Job Summary

This Technical Shopfloor Support role, based at Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Hamburg, focuses on providing quick response and technical assistance, specifically for the Ref. Shop Electrics area. The Technician will be responsible for resolving immediate production issues, managing technical problems such as missing parts and non-conformities (DQN), and overseeing maintenance and tooling requests. Key daily tasks include executing Work Order Management for external activities and escalating recurring, systemic issues to specialized teams like Work Prep and Maintenance, ensuring these roles are integrated into continuous improvement routines. Candidates must hold a Master-level qualification as an Aviation Systems Electrician or a Technician/Specialist qualification as an Aircraft Mechanic. The role requires at least two years of professional experience in electrics, aircraft construction, and work preparation, alongside advanced application knowledge of SAP.
