Job Summary

This Senior Process Consultant role involves coordinating critical work packages, optimizing operational procedures, and driving the continuous improvement of the GMP status within the Cell Culture division of a major pharmaceutical client in Biberach. Key responsibilities include designing and successfully implementing complex solutions, providing essential production support, and offering technical leadership. The consultant will establish process guidelines while strictly ensuring cGMP compliance and adherence to occupational safety standards. Day-to-day tasks also encompass detailed process data evaluation (charts, tables, interpretation), monitoring, and active participation in troubleshooting activities. Furthermore, the role requires independent planning and execution of expert activities for technical projects, including autonomous error analyses, drafting regulations, and conducting risk assessments. The ideal candidate must hold a degree in Biopharmacy or a related field, possess multi-year professional experience, ideally managing large-scale manufacturing facilities under GMP conditions, and be proficient with systems such as GBS, LIMS, SAP, and BioMES. Strong English language skills are essential for success in this proactive and structured position.
