Job Summary

This role is perfect for a proactive Legal Practice Digitalization and AI Manager eager to drive technological transformation within a modern law firm. Key responsibilities include analyzing, automating, and digitalizing core firm processes in close collaboration with the IT department and management. The manager will lead digitalization projects from concept through implementation, focusing heavily on migrating on-premise solutions to the cloud and integrating cutting-edge AI technologies, such as intelligent workflows and chatbots. Success in this position requires profound knowledge of DATEV applications, experience in process management within legal structures, and a strong interest in emerging AI tools. The manager is also responsible for training and supporting employees in using new digital and AI-based tools, ensuring the digital infrastructure aligns with the firm's strategic goals. Required Skills

Education

Completed tax-related training or IT training with relevant industry knowledge; Preferably additional qualification as a Specialist Assistant for Digitalization and IT Processes (FAIT)

Experience

  • Professional experience with digital law firm processes
  • Experience or strong interest in AI technologies (e.g., document automation, intelligent workflows, or chatbots)
  • Knowledge in process management, ideally with reference to law firm structures
