Job Summary

This pivotal role requires an experienced Assembly Team Leader to manage and optimize daily operations within the production area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the organization and supervision of the assembly process, ensuring smooth operations, high quality, and adherence to deadlines. Key activities include leading, motivating, and developing production staff, as well as planning and controlling resources (personnel, material, and machinery). A strong focus is placed on continuous improvement, requiring the implementation of Lean Management and 5S principles. This position offers significant scope for implementing personal ideas and optimization measures within a team-oriented culture, collaborating closely with Production Planning, Quality Assurance, and Engineering to foster a safe and productive work environment.
