The Technical Consultant is responsible for calculating internal and external costs, preparing service descriptions for proposals, and managing the preparation and execution of rollout measures. A key component of the role is order creation and processing within the ITSM Suite, alongside controlling and optimizing processes based on ITIL standards. The ideal candidate possesses a background in Business Informatics or comparable knowledge, advanced experience in leading customer projects, and extensive process knowledge in ITIL and ITSM tools.
