Job Summary

This role involves taking overall responsibility for a complex and prestigious facility management property. The successful candidate will manage the technical and commercial aspects of modernizing building services and structural systems, including comprehensive budget planning, cost control, and reporting. Day-to-day activities include planning, organizing, and implementing modernization and special projects from conception through successful acceptance, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and budgets. Key requirements include a degree in Technical Building Services (TGA), a Master qualification in HVAC/Sanitary/Electrical (HKLS), or equivalent technical qualification, coupled with at least two years of professional experience in operating building services or TGA/Construction project management. The position demands strong communication skills, assertiveness, and the ability to act as the central contact person for clients, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
