Job Summary

This position calls for a dedicated IT Service Technician to join a leading regional service provider specializing in consumer electronics repair, operating from a 350 sqm workshop with 20 service technicians. The successful candidate will act as the specialist for the repair and configuration of computers, Macs, and peripheral devices from various manufacturers. Day-to-day duties involve performing installations and configurations of complete PC systems, peripherals, and small networks in the field (Außendienst), ensuring optimal data flow and seamless component interaction for customers. Internal tasks include repair work, data management (transfer and backup), and essential administrative duties like independent scheduling, quote generation, component ordering, and complaint processing. The role requires a technical qualification, rapid comprehension, strong teamwork, and a highly customer-oriented approach, backed by a friendly and professional demeanor. Comprehensive training is provided through a certified quality program, and the position offers autonomous work within a permanent contract.
