Job Summary

This role involves serving as a key IT specialist, focusing on system integration and providing comprehensive customer support for an attractive IT sector company in Munich. Day-to-day responsibilities include the conception and execution of various IT projects, combined with providing service-oriented support. The specialist will be responsible for configuring and implementing both hardware and software solutions, specifically focusing on server, computer, operating system, and application software environments. A core function is the configuration, administration, and security of networks, alongside managing the Helpdesk and providing user support. Candidates must possess a relevant IT qualification, strong knowledge of networking, Windows OS/Server environments, Microsoft 365, and virtualization technologies like VMware and Hyper-V, coupled with experience in Cisco systems. The position requires excellent German skills and a willingness to conduct external assignments at customer sites around Munich.
