Job Summary

This role is ideal for a skilled technician focused on maintaining and ensuring the safety of critical railway infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing adjustment and functional checks on vital components such as signal circuits, switch drives, and track clearance detection systems. You will also be responsible for inspecting switch lighting, the lighting technology of main and secondary signals, and performing control and parameterization tasks for level crossing systems. A core part of the job involves general maintenance and repair work on railway control and safety technology components (Leit- und Sicherungstechnik). To qualify, you must possess a completed vocational qualification as an Electrician for Operational Technology, Automation Technology, Electrical Installer, or Industrial Electrician, and hold a Class B driving license. Professional experience in the electrical engineering field is highly beneficial.
