Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position in Dresden seeks a dedicated Electronics Technician specializing in Control Cabinet Construction. The core responsibilities involve the precise manufacturing of customized products based on individual client specifications. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting complex technical documentation, such as assembly plans, wiring diagrams, and circuit diagrams, and ensuring smooth collaboration with various project teams and project managers. You will be responsible for managing your own area of tasks while working exclusively at the Dresden site. To succeed, candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification as an Electrician or Electronics Technician and ideally have professional experience in switchgear production. Essential soft skills include strong communication and teamwork abilities, complemented by foundational IT knowledge. The role offers regulated daytime working hours (Monday to Friday), competitive, above-tariff compensation starting at €18.00 per hour, and attractive benefits, including up to 30 days of annual leave and a potential sign-on bonus.
