Job Summary

This role is based with a market-leading manufacturer of microelectronic assemblies, focusing on ensuring efficient and high-quality production processes. The Electrical Technician will be responsible for organizing both sample and series production, driving continuous process optimization, and performing crucial fault analysis on products. A core part of the daily work involves resolving machine malfunctions, setting up and configuring test stations, and carrying out necessary machine maintenance and repair. Candidates must possess professional training in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, ideally at the level of a long-term skilled worker, master craftsman, or certified technician. While several years of experience in microelectronics is preferred, ambitious junior technicians or master craftsmen are also encouraged to apply. Success in this position requires strong teamwork, structured working methods, and fluency in German, supported by basic English skills, to maintain smooth operations within this high-tech manufacturing environment.
