Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Communication Systems Technician to join E.DIS Netz GmbH, a major regional grid operator driving the energy transition in Germany. The primary focus is the object-specific implementation of construction and maintenance projects for secondary and automation technology within high and medium-voltage systems. Key daily tasks include parameterizing, testing, and simulating data communication for remote control and station control technology, as well as parameterizing protection and automation devices. The technician will independently analyze and evaluate faults in electro- and automation-technical processes and maintain comprehensive documentation, including circuit diagrams and test reports. Candidates must possess a Technician or Master Craftsman degree in Electrical Engineering, coupled with relevant practical experience, ideally in telecommunications. Expertise in protection technology, electronic measurement, and bus systems is essential.
