Job Summary

This role is central to system engineering, focusing on the development and worldwide commissioning of highly complex reflector antenna systems for satellite communication and space applications, operating at frequencies exceeding 100 GHz. Day-to-day tasks include creating system specifications and technical documentation, performing detailed HF design and simulation, and constructing complex transmit and receive chains using both coaxial and waveguide technologies. The engineer will also coordinate technically with external partners and conduct international tests and system acceptance procedures. Key requirements include a university degree (Bachelor, Master, or PhD) in Electrical or High-Frequency Engineering, professional experience in HF systems, and familiarity with measurement and simulation environments. This position requires strong technical understanding, a structured approach, and a readiness for international travel to support cutting-edge European space solutions.

Experience

  • First professional experience in High-Frequency (HF) technology (advantageous)
  • Experience in High-Frequency measurement technology (ideally)

  • Experience using measurement technology and simulation environments for HF systems
