Job Summary

This leadership role involves overseeing the comprehensive facility and building services operations for a major German educational and social enterprise. The Head of Building Services is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all facilities, managing fleet operations (TÜV inspections, tire changes, maintenance), and coordinating external trade services. A core part of the role is personnel management, including developing duty, vacation, and deployment schedules for the in-house technical team. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in electrical engineering, heating/sanitary, or wood technology, coupled with strong technical understanding and proven team leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is essential for planning, procurement, and administrative tasks.
