Job Summary

This role involves leading critical Research & Development initiatives focused on developing new products and manufacturing processes within the plastics and polymer sector. The core responsibilities include planning, executing, and evaluating development trials, alongside managing interdisciplinary project teams spanning R&D, Quality, Production, and Marketing. A successful candidate will be instrumental in introducing new processes and products into manufacturing while continuously optimizing existing solutions. This position requires a university degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering, coupled with excellent knowledge of polymer chemistry and proven project management experience, ideally within the polyamides field. It offers a unique opportunity to represent the department externally at conferences and customer meetings, driving innovation from concept through to industrial application.
