Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Network Automation Engineer to drive the efficiency and future readiness of LAN/WLAN networks. The core duties involve developing and implementing automation standards, utilizing tools like Ansible and Python, and leveraging APIs to enhance network operations. You will provide critical Third-Level Support, solving complex technical challenges, and collaborating closely with the Customer Success team and various stakeholders across interdisciplinary teams. Candidates must possess a background in IT, either through vocational training or university study, or be a career changer with extensive IT experience, particularly in the security environment. Strong proficiency in core routing technologies (BGP/eVPN, VXLAN, OSPF) and solid knowledge of Cisco LAN/WLAN systems are essential.
