Job Summary

This role involves managing, executing, and reporting on bioanalytical projects, primarily utilizing advanced flow cytometry techniques. The Project Manager acts as the responsible scientist, overseeing project timelines, data analysis, and regulatory compliance under GLP and GCP principles. Day-to-day tasks include planning studies, supporting immunogenicity bioanalysis using LBA and cell-based assays, and supervising the development and validation of bioanalytical methods for large molecule drugs. The successful candidate will advise clients on optimal project concepts, review performance estimates based on clinical study designs, and communicate results effectively. Key qualifications include a PhD/Postdoc in life sciences and at least three years of hands-on experience in advanced flow cytometry, coupled with strong project management and analytical skills.
