Job Summary

The Logistics Team Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of logistical flows for Swiss Timing, a key player in high-level international sports events. Your primary mission involves coordinating team activities and actively participating in departmental operations, leveraging strong organizational skills and reactivity to support major global events. Day-to-day tasks include planning and distributing tasks within the logistics team, participating in daily operations such as receiving, preparation, shipping, and inventory management. You will strictly enforce ERP procedures, oversee loading/unloading, track shipments, maintain stock reliability, and manage warehouse supplies. This role requires proven experience in logistics, ideally within an events context, and the ability to supervise, motivate, and train team members, supporting the Warehouse Manager in performance tracking.

Required Skills

Education

Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in Logistics or equivalent qualification

Experience

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in logistics
  • Experience ideally gained within the events sector
  • Professional experience in team supervision and management
  • Experience operating handling equipment
