Job Summary
This is a pivotal role for an experienced Technical Service Process Engineer to drive global efficiency during a major digital transformation. Based in Hinwil, you will report directly to the Head of After Sales and collaborate closely with worldwide service organizations and the IT/ERP team. Your primary mission is to harmonize, optimize, and further develop the entire After Sales lifecycle processes, from quoting and execution through to billing. A significant part of this role involves active participation in the IFS Cloud ERP project, including preparation, implementation, and training of key users globally. You will also introduce and utilize Low-Code solutions, such as Novacura, for process support, KPI reporting, and analysis. This position offers high visibility, significant creative freedom, and the opportunity to set global standards within a growing, international technology company specializing in water analytics.
Required Skills
Education
Technical or business education/further training at the Higher Technical College (HF) or University of Applied Sciences (FH) level.
Experience
- Professional experience in process and project management
- Experience in a technical service or After Sales environment
- Professional experience with ERP systems (IFS preferred)
- Experience in leading workshops and engaging international stakeholders
