Job Summary

This role acts as the crucial interface between business departments and the central IT organization, ensuring seamless IT service delivery and compliance. The Departmental IT Coordinator is the primary point of contact for department-specific IT topics, managing change requests and disruptions within the IT management system (ITM) and participating in relevant workshops (FIT). Key responsibilities include utilizing standard IT processes and tools, controlling IT service billing in coordination with cost center managers, and ensuring adherence to IT security guidelines. The ideal candidate possesses several years of professional experience in IT operations within mid-sized companies or corporations, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and familiarity with modern IoT technologies (Hardware, Software, Network, Interfaces). Fluency in German and proficient English are highly desirable for success in this international, high-tech marine environment.
