Key responsibilities include comprehensive project planning and execution, encompassing structural design, preparing necessary approval documentation, drafting specifications, assisting in the tendering process, and performing construction supervision. A core function involves conducting structural investigations and developing effective remediation and renovation concepts. The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree (preferably with a focus on structural or hydraulic engineering) and possesses strong written and verbal German skills (C1 level).
