Job Summary

This leadership role involves managing the entire Compounding and Sheet Extrusion department at CLASSEN, a global leader in floor coverings based in Kaisersesch. The Head will be responsible for the technical, organizational, and disciplinary leadership of the team, ensuring efficient, quality-driven production flows. Key responsibilities include planning and continuously optimizing manufacturing processes, analyzing production KPIs such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), driving Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP), and overseeing plant availability, maintenance, and investment projects. You will also provide technical support for process and product development and ensure strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations. Candidates must possess a degree or technician certification in Plastics Technology, Process Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, coupled with multi-year experience in extrusion and compounding, and proven leadership skills.
