Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Materials Tester specializing in metal technology to join a client team in Brand-Erbisdorf on a permanent, full-time basis. The core responsibilities involve rigorous quality assurance processes, including the automated and manual ultrasonic testing (UT) of forged components and rolled rings, alongside thorough visual component inspection. A key duty is the precise documentation of all test results and the proper blocking of any defective products to maintain quality standards. Candidates must possess formal training as a Materials Tester or in a relevant technical field, and crucially, hold the mandatory ZfP UT1 qualification. The position requires a solution-oriented approach, strong team-playing abilities, and the flexibility to work in a 3-shift system.
