Job Summary

This permanent position seeks an experienced Engineer or State-Certified Technician specializing in Technical Building Equipment (TBE), specifically Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Sanitary (HLSK/HVAC). Day-to-day tasks include the holistic evaluation of technical planning across all HOAI phases, leading planning meetings, ensuring rigorous quality control, and generating essential documentation such as preliminary designs, execution plans, and service specifications. Candidates must possess a degree in Supply or Building Services Technology or relevant certification, coupled with professional experience and proficiency in CAD systems (ideally AutoCAD) and specialized tendering/planning software.
