Job Summary

This Project Engineer role, based at the Marburg site, involves leading and coordinating critical projects within Site and Manufacturing Engineering for a global pharmaceutical contract manufacturer focused on innovative solid dosage forms. The core responsibilities include the independent creation of comprehensive project documentation, developing detailed schedules and budgets, and coordinating deployment plans with internal and external partner companies. A key focus is ensuring strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements throughout the project lifecycle, including the organization and execution of Design Reviews and validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ). Successful candidates must hold a completed university degree in Engineering Sciences and demonstrate proven success in project management. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory, along with high social competence and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
