Job Summary
This role is for an IT System Administrator serving as a central internal service provider for all IT and telecommunications topics within the Caritasverband organization, based in Hürth-Hermülheim. The administrator will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and support of IT infrastructure. Core daily tasks include providing First Level Support (hotline and on-site service), installing and managing user workstations and printers, and assisting with IT procurement. A significant duty involves managing the User Lifecycle within Active Directory (creating, modifying, and deleting accounts). Long-term responsibilities include supporting organizational units with their specialized professional applications and coordinating closely with external service providers and suppliers. Key qualifications include a completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent experience, professional experience in IT support, and familiarity with Microsoft 365 and OnPrem Server environments.
