This critical role focuses on managing and optimizing core business processes, primarily within the proALPHA ERP system, specifically covering Order Processing and Materials Management. The Process Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle, starting with conducting detailed requirements analyses and developing implementation concepts. Key daily tasks include optimizing existing processes, managing technical projects involving ERP interfaces, and collaborating with external service providers to create detailed specifications. Furthermore, the role involves conducting acceptance tests, creating comprehensive documentation, providing user training, and resolving ERP-related IT tickets. Candidates must possess completed commercial training or equivalent qualifications, coupled with solid professional experience in proALPHA. Success requires strong problem-solving skills, high IT affinity, and the ability to communicate fluently in German and professionally in English, particularly when liaising with IT service providers.
